Real Charcoal Cooking with Digital Ignition and Temperature Control.
The 18-inch Konnected Joe automates the repetitive parts of charcoal cooking while keeping the ceramic kamado and lump-charcoal fire at the center of the experience.
Best for: Buyers who want Classic Joe-size versatility with push-button ignition, automatic airflow management and app monitoring.
At a glance: 18-inch · 250 sq. in. · 225-700°F · Automatic Fire Starter · Kontrol Board · Wi-Fi/app control.
Start charcoal from the grill
The built-in starter removes a separate ignition step.
Use the Automatic Fire Starter at the grill, set the target temperature on the Kontrol Board and let the digital fan regulate airflow around that target as the cook develops.
Monitor the cook remotely
Use the app when you want oversight without standing next to the grill.
The app can follow grill temperature and probe readings during an active cook. Classic mode remains available when you want to manage the charcoal and vents manually.
