REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At GlovesMate USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Used or worn gloves (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Email us at help@glovesmateusa.com with your order number
  2. We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to: 807 Waukegan Rd, Deerfield, IL 60015, USA
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval

REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective

EXCHANGES

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost
