At Gloves Mate USA, we value your satisfaction. Please review our policy below regarding order cancellations, product returns, and exchanges.
Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is placed, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent to you.
- You have 24 hours to cancel your order by replying directly to the confirmation message.
- If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours, your order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. A refund confirmation email will also be sent.
❗ Important:
If you do not cancel within 24 hours, the order is automatically accepted and processing will begin.
- If you choose to cancel the order after processing has started, only a 50% refund will be issued.
- Once the order is dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still return the item as per our return policy below.
Return Policy
You may return most new and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds are typically processed within 30 days, including:
- 5–10 business days for the product to reach us
- 3–5 business days to process the return
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund
Exchange Policy
- You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will dispatch the new item.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the original product and sending the replacement.
