Heavy-Duty 440 lb Wheel Capacity

The WBT-210 is engineered to support wheel assemblies weighing up to 440 lbs, making it suitable for demanding commercial tire-service applications.

Its heavy-duty 40 mm balancing shaft works with the included mounting cones and adapters to accommodate a broad range of automotive and commercial wheels.

Integrated Pneumatic Wheel Lift

Heavy truck wheels can be difficult and unsafe to manually lift onto a balancing shaft. The WBT-210 includes a pneumatic wheel lift to assist with positioning heavy wheel assemblies.

The pneumatic lift requires an external compressed-air supply of 115–140 PSI.

Car, Light-Truck & Heavy-Truck Balancing

The WBT-210 features separate operating performance for lighter automotive wheels and heavy truck wheels.

In car and light-truck mode, the balancer operates at approximately 150 RPM and provides balancing accuracy down to 1 gram.

In truck mode, balancing speed is approximately 90 RPM, with accuracy rated at 10 grams.

Computer-Controlled Operation

The computerized system supports both static and dynamic balancing modes and includes Rapid Optimization (OPT), self-diagnosis, and self-calibration functions.

Measurements can be displayed in either standard or metric units, including grams or ounces for weight and millimeters or inches for dimensional measurements.

Wheel dimensions are entered manually, giving technicians direct control over the balancing setup.

Automatic Hood Start & Stop

The protective wheel hood is integrated with the machine’s start/stop system.

Lowering the hood automatically starts the balancing cycle, while raising the hood stops wheel rotation, helping provide convenient and controlled operation.

Wide Wheel Compatibility

The WBT-210 accommodates car and light-truck rim diameters ranging from 10 to 32 inches and rim widths from 1.5 to 20 inches.

A dedicated cone and spacer set is included for mounting compatible truck, bus, and implement wheels, while separate cone sets accommodate passenger-car and light-truck applications.
