Q1. How do I place an order on GlovesMate USA?
Simply browse our website at glovesmateusa.com, select the gloves you want, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” When you are ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
Q2. Can I modify my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@glovesmateusa.com.
We will do our best to update your order before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
Q3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Please contact our support team at help@glovesmateusa.com as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Q4. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, creating an account is not required. You may complete your purchase using guest checkout.
However, creating an account allows you to:
- Track your orders
- Save your shipping information
- Enjoy faster checkout for future purchases
Q5. How will I know if my order was successful?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes:
- Your order number
- Product details
- Total amount paid
- Estimated delivery time
If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Q6. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
Q7. How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of $10.00 on all orders across the United States.
There are no hidden shipping fees.
Q8. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after processing depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Q9. How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website such as:
- USPS
- FedEx
- UPS
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Q10. What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package appears delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact our support team at help@glovesmateusa.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Q11. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Q12. How do I start a return?

- Your order number
- The reason for return
Our support team will respond with return instructions.
Q13. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Q14. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Q15. Can I exchange my gloves for a different size?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the item following our Return Policy and place a new order.
