We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely across the United States.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once shipped

Standard Shipping 5-7 Business Days $10.00 (Flat Rate)

 

A flat shipping fee of $10.00 applies to all orders shipped within the United States. No minimum order required.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number
  • Track your order at usps.com, fedex.com, or ups.com
  • Allow 24 hours for tracking to activate

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at help@glovesmateusa.com or call +1-512-615-5716
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate and reship or refund at no charge to you

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at help@glovesmateusa.com before the order ships.
