At GlovesMate USA, we are committed to providing a safe, secure, and convenient payment experience for all our customers. Please read our Payment Policy carefully before placing your order.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

All card payments are processed securely through Stripe one of the world's most trusted payment processors. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

PayPal

  • PayPal Balance
  • PayPal Credit
  • Debit or Credit Card via PayPal
  • Pay Later (where available)

You can also choose to pay securely via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this option — you can check out as a guest using your debit or credit card through the PayPal gateway.

  • No Card Data Stored: GlovesMate USA does not store, access, or retain any of your credit or debit card details. All payment information is processed directly through Stripe or PayPal.

Currency

All prices on glovesmateusa.com are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). We do not accept payments in any other currency at this time.


Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will include:

  • Your order number
  • A summary of items purchased
  • Total amount charged
  • Estimated delivery timeframe
  • Shipping address confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at help@glovesmateusa.com.


Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your payment is authorized and charged immediately. By submitting your order, you confirm that:

  • You are the authorized user of the payment method provided
  • The payment information you have entered is accurate and complete
  • You authorize GlovesMate USA to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or fails during checkout, please try the following:

  • Double-check your card number, expiry date, and CVV code
  • Ensure your billing address matches the address on file with your bank
  • Contact your bank or card issuer to confirm there are no restrictions on your account
  • Try an alternative payment method (Stripe or PayPal)

Pricing & Taxes

  • All product prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law
  • A flat shipping fee of $10.00 will be added to all orders at checkout
  • The total amount charged will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order
  • GlovesMate USA reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice

Refunds & Chargebacks

If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method:

  • Stripe payments: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original credit or debit card
  • PayPal payments: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your PayPal account or original funding source

Chargebacks: We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or PayPal. Most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently through our customer support team. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in your account being flagged.


Promotional Codes & Discounts

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout before completing your order
  • Only one promotional code can be applied per order
  • Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers
  • Expired or invalid codes will not be accepted after the order is placed

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it at help@glovesmateusa.com or call +1-512-615-5716.

  • Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund to the original payment method
  • Orders cancelled after shipment must follow our standard Return & Refund Policy
  • Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun
